Projects
Information
Gabaldon’s projects frequently engage with cultures shaped by intensity and collective behavior, including football ultra-fanaticism and online fitness communities. Through manipulated imagery, fabricated objects, and conceptual branding frameworks, his work mirrors the logics of athletics while exposing their underlying mechanisms through apparatuses that collapse sports equipment into sculptural and psychological devices.
Gabaldon holds a BFA from Tufts University and has exhibited domestically and internationally, including shows at Queue Gallery, Alyssa Davis Gallery, Oolite Arts, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Central Saint Martins, and the National YoungArts Foundation.
